As a regular attendee of the dentist but not a huge fan of the dentist, this place is great! Wonderful team from the front office to the technicians and the dentist staff!
Dr. Hornung is the best dentist I have experienced in years. His evaluation of and recommendation for my needs were the least expensive options (a real change from other dentists I have seen). He has done two extractions, each with absolutely no pain or discomfort. Most recently he 'rebuilt' a damaged molar to extend the time until a crown is needed. I have recommended him to several people and will continue to do so.
Finding a good dentist is hard, trust me. Lauren was awesome (only met her for the 1st time yesterday) and Dr Horning is a staight shooter as well as a good guy. My biggest thing with finding a dentist. I dont have anything negative to say about anyone at the practice.
Scott is a great person and a very good dentist. Friendly environment and people. If you need a dentist they are your best choice.
This is a very professional office and they are very good at what they do. They also make you feel comfortable whether your last visit was 6 months ago or even Longer than that. I will continue to come here even though I live in NH now.
My first visit at Wilmington Family Dental was an excellent experience. After not having seen a dentist in 3 years, I was very nervous. They made the entire process easy and smooth. Every process and every step that was being done in my first appointment was fully explained to me as it was being performed. Reception was super polite and helpful, and they know how and make sure to help you maximize usage of your benefits. I've already scheduled my follow-up appointments and am glad I choose this office for my dental care.

I was warmly greeted and asked to update my information on the computer by Holly. She was very helpful and kind. Deb, as usual did a great job on my cleaning.
As always, hygienist Debbie was outstanding; she spotted a cavity under a bridge in my mouth immediately. Dr. Scott Hornung offered several options of treatment, which I appreciated very much. I left the practice that day knowing that I was in excellent hands!!
