Staff and physicians were pleasant and attentive. I feel that my concerns of surgery for cataracts were addressed in a constructive and clear manner.
Dr travis jenkins was amazing! However, the process to even get through the horrible AI, Robin, and then the phone staff is just rude. To top it off, I spent an hour and a half picking out frames from Nicole Johnson, only for her to say I never picked out anything!! At Mayfaire, they didn't want to shoe me since they don't take my insurance.
Only great service and knowledgeable staaf!
My interactions with all staff were pleasant and professional! Great office atmosphere. So sorry to lose this location!
