Overall I had a very positive experience. I have a tendancy to get lost easily but the office was not hard to find at all. The interior design was beautiful and looked very clean which is always the first thing I will notice about any doctor's office. Dr. Hardy made me feel seen and heard when he was speaking to me. I felt very cared for by him and the receptionists were very pleasant to talk to as well. Hopefully will be having surgery soon and my hearing tested. 😌💕
Went here originally last year (2023) for impacted ear wax. I had a great experience overall and the issue was resolved with care. Fast forward to this year, I called and made an appointment which again was easy to do. Get to the appointment and had Doctor S. Elizabeth von Biberstein, M.D. for this appointment. I explained everything about the last appointment a year ago and what I was experiencing this time. She looked in and said I had no ear infection (which is good) and said she would clean my ears out and recommended me... read more

I was able to get a same-day appointment, thanks to the wonderful receptionist from the other location, to see Dr Hardy for a lingering sinus infection. My appointment was 2:10 and I was in and out of their offices in by 2:25pm. The entire facility was very clean and the nurses and Dr. Hardy were great. Can't remember the last time I was seen by a doctor that quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Wilmington ENT!
If you live in Jacksonville this practice is worth the drive! My 2.5 year old son has a mild to moderate speech delay and we had some concerns. We were originally seen in Jacksonville and had a horrible experience. This practice was for us to get a 2nd opinion and I’m so thankful we did! The whole staff was super supportive and understanding.
