Dr Sarah is great…she takes the time to listen to you and then explains your treatment options in detail. She’s always friendly and upbeat. The staff are all considerate and easy to talk to as well. I had a bit of confusion as to where to send one of my Rx’s and they had the problem solved immediately. Just wish they had an office in Jacksonville.
Such a great crew...so kind...makes going to doctor so much better. I have had sinus issues for 2 years...have visited the ER, doctors and Urgent care and they all told me same thing...rinse with saline. At WILMINGTON ENT...my doctor was on it...knew from start the issue and put me on path for healing and only two days seeing positive results.
We started seeing Micaela for a referral when our son needed tubes and adenoids out. She. Is. The. Best - our son loves her and she made something that can be scary and confusing such a seamless process, answered every single question we had and put everyone so at ease. She’s so relatable and approachable, I’m so glad we found her!
Amazing staff..helped resolve my son’s issues with his hearing aid, checked out his cochlear, hearing tests, ears cleaned and Dr. visit..all in record time. The providers were all caring, attentive and had lovely bedside manner. Highly recommend!
Staff and Dr was very courteous, caring and professional. I struggled a bit with the tablet completion for new patient, but the staff was helpful.
