BAD BUSINESS when you buy a "$2500 Package with free touch ups" and after you've paid the $2500 they CHANGE THEIR MINDS and now charge $20 - $40 for touch ups. Rosalyn and "most" of her staff are top professional in this field, but when you pay for a package it should be honored!! I don't want to hear the laser equipment costs went up, that's your business. When asked if Rosalyn could call me when available, Milen told me she is the management and speaks for her (not good policy either).
I love Dr George and her staff. There is no other dermatologist that I would trust my skin to! Head and shoulders above the rest.
This place is not what it used to be. Im sure the Dermatologist has a trained eye, but i was dissapointed with my last visit. When you have to pay $50 up front you would expect to have them spend a little time with you. I did not feel like my concerns were taken into consideration.
Wilmington Dermatology is hands down the best in entire Wilmington area. Not only is everyone super professional and friendly, but Dr George and all her staff and associates are always on the cutting edge of the latest procedures and technology. Since becoming a patient many years ago I truly feel like I have reversed aging and learned to take a preventative approach to skin care. I cannot say enough good things! Amazing practice and so proud to be a patient!
The staff are all so very nice and friendly. The nurses and doctors listen to each of your concerns and give recommendations with options. All very highly trained. I just had my second visit and I shall be returning.
