Update/Reply to dealership comment: I was warned not to buy it unless I would do any repairs but was not told that it was MAJOR repairs. You should not have sold it for the price you did and the things I was told were NOT what was disclosed to me. I am not an ignorant person and according to your response to my review is just proving my point. Kalista did an amazing job. We were going to Kings Toyota, to look at a Rava 4. We were half way there and called Toyota, the car was already sold. My husband found one on the Wilmington website and called. We turned around to go the opposite way. The car was not there yet , but Kalista had talk to her boss to see if someone could go pick up in Cincinnati. Kalista was very straightforward, honest and she walked me through everything and without her I probably wouldn't have purchased a car She helped me to get all the paper work done online. She walked me through everything about the car that strengthened my resolve to get it. Everyone was doing there job extremely well. And beyond that,they where amazing human beings and if your looking for wonderful people to work with/purchase a car, I can think of no one better then these people. Especially kalista and her flowers.
