Always kind and professional. They've made us feel special and loved from day one.
An excellent group to work with. Very accommodating with appointments and walk-ins. The staff is very caring with my elderly beagle, Molly. Dr. K Paige was exceptionally kind and respectful when she was called to my daughter's home to euthanize her dog because of advanced cancer.
A million thanks for taking such good care of Ruby this week. Being so far away is hard, knowing that the care she gets from you is fabulous helped keep me calm. We already loved all of you and this week made us love you all more!
My Bear Bear fell off our 12 foot porch on Monday. After calling HIS vet of 10+ years and being told they could not see him until Thursday and calling a lot more I finally decided he could not wait any longer and took him in right at closing time (with 4 kids 9,8,8 and 1 and half) they immediately took us back and got us seen. Sadly I put him down. The only thing I can complain about is I did not get any type of test done to see if he was as bad off as I thought. My dog dory was vomiting blood and after getting told by 4 other places that they didn't have room for us, I called y'all and you were able to squeeze us in. I can't thank you guys enough for making the time to see Dory and take care of her so last minute. I definitely will be switching Dory over to you guys to be her primary
Today was my first visit with Tia, was a wonderful experience ...from the time I walked in , until I walked out ....Dr. Jeff Ward and his staff are awesome !
