Not happy. Repairman arrived . My issue is my minispliter was having issues. He looked at it. We showed him a video of the noise it was making. He said it was an issue but was not making the noise when he looked at it. He left and the next contact was a message it would be $ 700+ to repair. We have been with them for several years with a yearly contract. You installed the minispliter. I have a 10 yr parts and 1 year labor warranty.??????? You don't know what the issue is and say it will cost $700+????

I called and scheduled an appointment with Blaze to check out a small leak in the plumbing on my hot tub. Michelle assured me that the tech was skilled in working on hot tubs plumbing. She set up a time for the next day at 12:00 to 5:00 for the technician to come out. I explained that I was on vacation but we would make sure to be home during those hours. We waited until a few minutes before 5:00 before I called to make sure they were still coming. I was told that they canceled the appointment that morning by leaving a voice... read more
