In memory of The Governor, Jeffrey Brown, who lived there so long that he had paid enough in rent to buy all of the Wilmich Apartments. I lived there from 1997ish through @ 2001. It was a great spot for a single person on a tight budget, or a single retiree. Mine was a bit small after I married, so we made the decision to move on. Great place to stay. Management Team rocks! I have never experience like a VIP ever, until i lived here.
