Substandard installation – I bought a picture window from this company. The installation was shoddy at best. Caulk was missing in huge gaps and the trim holding the window in was broken in three places. To hide this from me, they covered it all up with gobs of latex caulk. I repeatedly called the owner who promised to come see the "workmanship" but never did. I finally had my son photograph the window and submitted the photos to the owner.
