Stopped in today to get my glasses re-fitted, after being bent and twisted in a sporting accident. Michelle did an excellent job - they ended up fitting better than ever!
I’m surprised to learn that Wilmer Optical Centers at all location do not accept any vision insurance. It’s counterintuitive when the institute suggests to use the optical.

Abysmal. They took over a month to get my contact lenses. They got the wrong lenses. I had to point this error out to them. They put in anothe oder and got it wrong a second time. Find an optican that cares more about customer service and quality.
