Much to my surprise my visit was prompt and only 15 minutes behind schedule. Yay! They seem to be really imptoving their wait times and efficiency.
Dr. EMILY Li is truly amazing. She is knowledgeable, patient and kind!!! Such a good human so very glad she is a physician.

doctors are great, scheduling sucks. MY Dr left I need procedure or I will go blind, which was approved by my insurance I had to cancel appointment because I couldn't get off, I reset the appointment to 8/28 and it was moved to 8/14 I am working that day. when I looked it was for a new diabetic eye exam not the procedure. I called the scheduling number and was told this was for a new DR. I have had this exam and they couldn't tell me anything but because you have not seen this DR.
