Jacob Wonsewitz was a great partner to have in buying our new home. He allowed us time to ask questions, went over everything in detail, and made sure we felt good about our purchase. We look forward to moving in later this year.
The bedrooms are small. Bring a measuring tape. Not very many walkout lots available. Spaces between homes are close. The appliances are builder grade. If you can, order better appliances. Flooring options are OK. We were told that the builder will not adjust the room sizes within the shell of the base home floorplan.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience building our new home. Large builders like McBride often gain a certain reputation online - I have to say we have not experienced that at all. Erin and Lily were always responsive and clear in communications. With 15 months from contract to close there are always going to be bumps in the road, but we felt supported and informed throughout the process.
