Came 1 1/2 hours late for appointment. Mocked my husband for his annoyance that they were late. Refused to do the windows and promised a full refund of our pre-payment, and have not made the refund. It's been over a month. Very poor customer service.
Had them for years, very honest, leave to door open, and can leave the house while they are working
