Called them for an estimate on a ridge cap repair. Asked them to bring a tarp because I needed a section tarped. Came out and looked. Claimed to have forgotten nails for the tarp. Told me he would be out the next day to tarp it. Never showed. Waited over the weekend to call again. I was told by end of day or next day. Again no one showed up. I called one last time. Installers showed up right in time and got to work immediately. Asked questions when needed to and made the necessary changes. Job was done in 2 1/2 hours.
They are great crew and fair to work with.
We have had this wonderful company out for two different jobs, both times they have been just great to work with. They are very promt to respond and highly recommend them.
