Poor customer service. They damaged my window. Refused to replace it. And still want full payment a roof replacement. Yet they have failed to give me a detailed invoice of what it is that they’re charging me for. I would never recommend this company to any of my friends.
We needed a new roof, and when I went to a friend's house, I saw that Willy's Roofing was putting a new roof on her house. So, I called to get a quote for my house. Elizabeth came to my house and was very thorough. We contacted our insurance company, and she took care of all the documentation needing to be completed. It's nice to know that there is still great customer service out there. I am very happy with this company and their level professionalism.
If you’re looking for a roofer who specializes in disappearing acts, look no further! Scheduled an appointment, took time off work - no show. Reached out, was told they were coming the next day (first I’d heard of it). Took more time off, texted again… crickets. Guess their real expertise is ghosting, not roofing.
