We needed a new roof, and when I went to a friend's house, I saw that Willy's Roofing was putting a new roof on her house. So, I called to get a quote for my house. Elizabeth came to my house and was very thorough. We contacted our insurance company, and she took care of all the documentation needing to be completed. It's nice to know that there is still great customer service out there. I am very happy with this company and their level professionalism.
If you’re looking for a roofer who specializes in disappearing acts, look no further! Scheduled an appointment, took time off work - no show. Reached out, was told they were coming the next day (first I’d heard of it). Took more time off, texted again… crickets. Guess their real expertise is ghosting, not roofing.

We own a 2-story home in Terrace Heights. A huge storm came through and tore up spots of our roof to the wood underneath. Daniel jumped in and helped us with insurance, got his guys out here quickly and they scaled our very tall home easily. It started as a stressful situation but ended up a very easy process.
