I scheduled a PTAC repair visit, but the technician told me multiple times on site that the issue was “not repairable” and did not perform any diagnosis or offer any solution. He also never mentioned he would speak with the company or provide follow-up options. After I called their office, I was told I would receive an update, but I never heard back.
