Was told over the phone that software diagnostics are free, but when I went to drop off my PC, the man at the counter tried telling me otherwise. When I brought it up, he went back to it being free, so make sure you talk to the right person I guess. They called me a few hours later for additional passwords because the one I gave them wasn’t correct apparently, and they couldn’t get their mouse and keyboard to work at all, which wasn’t the problem I dropped it off for.
