Unfair illegal treatment of their employees. They discriminate and fire someone based off what someone says without actual proof. They don’t care about the elderly. They have so many state violations. Using pads inside a brief is abuse and neglect because it looks like you don’t want to change them. Using two briefs is abuse and neglect because it makes it seem like you don’t want to change them. Fire drills are required monthly. They don’t do that either. I love the staff here. My little one really enjoyed being here and has really advanced in her communication skills and socializing skills. I feel safe leaving my little here in their care.

As a former former DSP (Direct support Professional )and a former employee for C & C Homes in Eugene and having had prior knowledge and training in the field , having been a former caregiver in the state of Oregon made me fully aware of the codes and regulations. Working at Willson House was a step in the wrong direction for my career.
