Things take for ever to get done, my water heater was out during winter season, maintence told me it wasn't a priority to fix it, 3 freaking days with out hot water. Carpet smell was terrible cat urine.
The laundry facilities are disgusting, Nothing is cleaned, smells of sewer The machines don't work right! Of course it is cheaper than other laundry facilities and it's convenient But they just seem to not care as long as they get the rent.
