I live next to this apartment complex. They have been emitting an ear piercing beeping noise since last night. All attempts to contact them have been fruitless. Just an answering service that promises someone will call back and then nothing. Terrible neighbors. Unresponsive management. I wouldn't want to live at these apartments if I were you! Good luck reaching management when you need them!
You do not need to read all the reviews to see that majority of people’s experience at this place has majorly been due to rude, disrespectful and unhelpful employees. If the place was structurally decent enough to stay, your life will be hell trying to talk with the office staff. They obviously need training in respectful customer service by their Cascade Management corporate group in Oregon. Perhaps those people need to come visit these apartment offices and see the kind of treatment people get. WILL NEVER recommend living ... read more
