Our company will never work with Willscot again. Horrible experience. The salesman told us what we wanted to hear but since he no longer works there we are charge huge fees. There are impossible to work with regarding outrageous charges. Being a General Contracting business we work with many other job trailer companies and they are great. Never had any surprise charges with great communication.
Multiple issues with this company. Review your invoices! They consistently double charged us. Also charged us for items that were not in our contract which resulted in multiple attempts, phone calls, emails etc. to have removed. They changed the pick up date 6 times of the office which resulted in fees and lost wages for our company. Several times they simply did not show up on the date they said they would.
