We went to Wills and Wellness because our traditional will was out of date. A friend had suggested we look into a family trust instead of a will so we made an appointment with Kim Ruddell to gather the information. Kim is an attorney and very professional in working with clients. She carefully described the differences between wills and trusts. Choosing to work with Kim on our family trust is the best decision we have made in a long time. She thoroughly explained a potentially confusing topic in a concise and well presented way. It's refreshing knowing that our family is fully protected and we even had a great time during our meetings. It's serious business, but it can be handled in a professional and light hearted way.
