I checked in immedialy with Stephanie she went over everything So pleasant understanding and compassionate . Lori my pre-opt nurse wast wonderfu, compationate and so understanding and really calmed my nerves as I was extremely nervous having eye surgery A valuable and wonderful asset to Wills Eye. My daughter and I had the best experience.
Like many others on here, I'm rating one star solely because of the incredibly rude front office staff. Dr. Cutney is wonderful and my mother really trusts her. It's unfortunate that for procedures, the public has to be subjected to the front office in order to be seen by the doctor. I must update this formerly negative review. I have upgraded my review from one star to five stars. The front desk staff are much kinder and work well with the patients than previously. Do they accept Medicaid?
Worst customer service. They make so much money yet cannot have a live operator. Voice mail for each service!! Left msg, no call back. It’s all about saving a buck. We hv to be available to pick up their phone calls, but for them we have to wait holding our breadth. Why our time is not important?
