10:30 appointment wills calls 1 1/2 before to change to 11:00 sat here until 12:15 before we were taken in. Unacceptable my time is just as important as any doctors.
Some of the nurses were great to my mom but some of them need an attitude check .
Staff were very caring and made my cataract procedure a safe and pleasant experience.
Waited an hour AND A HALF before even being checked in??
