The facility and surgical staff were great and I was very pleased with the care I received for both of my cataract surgeries. Unfortunately, my experience with the billing department was completely different. I had billing issues following both surgeries and was being overcharged. When I questioned the charges, my conversations with Irina and Valencia became extremely unprofessional. They raised their voices at me and hung up on me rather than calmly addressing my concerns. For my right eye cataract surgery, same professional, expert treatment. I appreciate Nurse Asha (sp?), who treated me like a precious newborn. She very gently wiped my eyes of excess drops, and swaddled and tucked me in heated blankets - I felt loved! Thank you all for such superior treatment and meticulous attention to details! The best eye care around. The doctors and nurses are the most caring and professional that a person can ever ask for. They did a great job for my wife, she is so happy now. Dr. Grossman was great, she loves the care him, nurses and rest of the staff gave her.
