While everyone was nice and professional waiting 2 hours for a 5 minute procedure is ridiculous
Going by the reviews maybe most of the doctors are fine but honestly this is the most unprofessional medical facility I've ever dealt with. I just canceled my appointment last night because they wouldn't give me a surgery time and by the time I got one I realized if this place is this unprofessional then why trust them to cut you open. The only reason I got my appointment was because the after hours service was more professional than the business hours service. They looked up my time in 2 minutes and canceled in 2 minutes.
I checked in immedialy with Stephanie she went over everything So pleasant understanding and compassionate . Lori my pre-opt nurse wast wonderfu, compationate and so understanding and really calmed my nerves as I was extremely nervous having eye surgery A valuable and wonderful asset to Wills Eye. Dr. Rabinowitz was great I highly recommend him calming, understanding and compassionate and really did a wonderful eye procedure. Great bed side .manner.
