Wills Marine is a Minn Kota service center. I'm not sure why. I brought my Minn Kota to Wills 8/28/19 because of a broken shaft which had a lifetime warranty. I called each week to check its status. They informed me they didn't have a trolling motor tech, just "a guy" who came in when he could to work on the motors. Finally it was checked out 9/20/19. I called 9/24/19 to check status because no one had called me. They said parts were on order because it had a locked up motor from water getting into motor and rust sett... read more
