Fast oil change, I was in and out in under an hour. Great service!
My first experience at Will’s was excellent! My service advisor, Morgan, was highly responsive to my communications with respect to ordering parts and scheduling service for my vehicle.
I bought a used car from these guys, and they were super helpful, the car is in perfect condition, it was certified so before they gave it me, they made sure everything is fine and even a minor problem was fixed on the spot for me. Roy is a magnificent person, he went above and beyond to make sure I leave there satisfied.
Went in for a simple oil change last week and came out with $200. 00 less in my pocket. Excessive !!!! Very disappointed with Wills. The consumer doesn’t want to hear that it’s “because everything is going up in price” Service people were okay but didn’t make up for the ridiculous cost for an oil change!!! Just going to avoid any further visits to Wills. Addendum: I have recently reviewed other dealerships concerning this matter and have been advised that cost is similar.
