I use Wills and Tim for a commercial project in Batavia and they were excellent to work with. From getting the estimate, ordering the product, and production, his team was great. I highly recommend Will's because of the great service and direct communication.
We unexpectedly had to replace the flooring throughout our newly purchased 1800's farmhouse. The team at Wills explained all possible options and helped us choose carpet and glue-down vinyl that worked for our "wavy" old floors and our tastes and budget. We could not be happier with the service and the final results. It looks beautiful! Highly recommend!
Wills customer service and product is exceptional. They assisted us in matching the exact tiles needed to replace old/broken tiles and installed flooring for the front half of our storefront.
