We had an amazing experience with Wills Carpet One from start to finish. We needed to have numerous improvements made to our basement. They worked with us and our plumber to update the flooring in our finished and unfinished basement, bathroom and walk-in shower. Everyone at Will's is so knowledgeable, helpful & efficient! They figured out the type of floor best suited for my home, showed up when scheduled for the estimate & installation. Justin, who gave me the estimate, was so easy to work with. He answered all of my questions & itemized each step of the job so I was able to save money by doing some of the prep work myself. The installers came on time and did a great job! Hardworking guys & professional. The price was very reasonable and fair. I'm so glad I hired them!
