At the initial free assessment, they thought we would need to replace the bumper. Once the car went in, they discovered it only needed a new paint job and the structure was intact. The job ended up being less than the quote, which shows their honesty. The paint matched the car perfectly (It’s a unique gray color). The necessary parts were ordered and once they were delivered I got a call from Customer Service, letting me know I could bring in the car for repair.
