Was there for us when we were stranded 437 miles from home and diagnosed our issue and gave us detailed information to share with our dealership back home so we could plan accordingly. While traveling from out of state on vacation, our truck broke down and was towed to Willrodt Ford. Gavin the service manager, carefully communicated the whole repair process to us. The problem was a result of a Ford recall that had been issued, however, the repair solution still had not been released from Ford. Despite this, Gavin went out of his way to try to repair our vehicle and get us back on the road.
