truthfully I've been taking my vehicles to Willowwood service center for years. They used to be the best but two things happened. One is they got too busy. By the end of the day used to mean by the end of the day. Now it means four or five days later. The second thing that happened is Barry Howlett took over the front desk. Clearly nepotism at its worst. I've seen him be rude to customers on previous visits and it was my turn today. But it went beyond rude today, he physically threatened me. I have been taking my vehicles to Willowwood Service Center since I moved here in 2006. For years, they provided excellent service. I also highly recommended Willowwood Service Center to my friends and family. A few years ago, however, their service began to decline. I have often had to take my car to the shop for rework.
