truthfully I've been taking my vehicles to Willowwood service center for years. They used to be the best but two things happened. One is they got too busy. By the end of the day used to mean by the end of the day. Now it means four or five days later. The second thing that happened is Barry Howlett took over the front desk. I have been taking my vehicles to Willowwood Service Center since I moved here in 2006. For years, they provided excellent service. I also highly recommended Willowwood Service Center to my friends and family. A few years ago, however, their service began to decline. I have often had to take my car to the shop for rework. RecommendedIt’s always important to find a mechanic that you can trust. This is what you will find at WillowWood. I know that they will do good work. I know that they will only recommend what is required. I know that they stand behind their work.
We have used this wonderful service center for many years. They never fail to fix things right, are so nice, and I feel very confident in their repairs. I strongly recommend this center to any who needs a good mechanic.
BEWARE!!!! Espically WOMEN. The owner Barry is a junior apprentice that's rude and disrespectful as he walk away when you having an adult conversation. The shop manager Bob hides when he's confronted with the B.S. told from Barry. Everything this shop tells is a lie and they are not to be trusted. If I could rate them a "0" I would. The problems they caused only added to the time and money spent at another shop. Lesson: TAKE VEHICLES ELSEWHERE!!!!
I will NEVER take my auto to these CROOKS. The worst service ever. The owner, Barrry has no respect for customers as he walks away while talking his babble instead of conversing in a respectful manner.... He hangs out at the bar way too much when he should be attending mechanic, ethics, and manner classes.
First time here. Took me right away without an appointment. Really close to home. Got Virginia tags yesterday, so inspection is required.
