My niece lives here she seems to be happy with them but i didn't really like the gap between the wall where they had cut out a spot to put a window AC in the front wall next to the front door instead of installing a window then an AC unit but it could be for reasoning I guess. I don't personally know to much being I don't live there myself. The rooms and living room is pretty decent on space but the kitchen is a little small but the dinning room makes up for it in my option and I herd rent isn't to bad either. I give it a 3 stars. The Willows is tucked back in a neighborhood away from highway noise and in a quiet community. The maintenance man does a good job. Kimberley, in the office, is always friendly and quick to respond to any issues or questions. Since the new owner took over two years ago, though trying to do better this year, the new owner still does not keep up the grounds. The grass does not get cut on a regular basis. Probably the worst place I've lived in for 3 years when things broke took them months to fix and with covid going on my hours were cut and they don't work with you at all they will evict you like they are me because of covid probably the worst place to live

Ever since sundance property took over this place has been horrible. We have been asking for a new screen door since they took over almost a year ago and it still hasnt been done ( it doesnt lock and doesnt shut all the way) We voiced our concern about the gutters being faulty leaking when it rained right in front of our door, they finally fixed it about 9 months later. The grounds r horrible no flowers in the spring and summer and it took them 3 months to get the grass cut after taking over. There is trash all on the tree l... read more

This place has went to hell since it changed companies. The rent keeps going up but the quality keeps going down. Horrible place to live
