As a former resident, I found The Willows to be far less than ideal. When you do have a comment or complain, the staff pretends to care and then ignore you. Nothing changes. The worst part is parking -- highly inadequate Not enough handicapped parking and regular parking is lacking as well. Repairs are not fixed in a timely manner -- sometimes having to wait weeks or even months. My advice is to look further.

I just reluctantly moved into this development. I must say as an active senior, my initial fears of 'senior living' were absolutely frightening. This development put those fears to complete rest. This place is immaculate and the amenities are outstanding. Even the trash rooms are cleaner than many homes I've been in. Now we come to the creme de la creme - MANAGEMENT!
