I looked at several apartments before deciding on The Willows. Jacqueline was so kind, made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She understood my situation and made this stressful process as easy as possible. She answered all my questions. She is truly a good person. I love my new place. Everyone I've met is friendly. The building, pool, everything is well kept and clean. Beautiful place. Thank you Jacqueline!
My mom has lived at The Willows for over 8 years. She is very comfortable there and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a smaller complex than most of the others in the SCV and this lends to a tight knit group of neighbors who look out for one another.
I have lived here for 3 years and I really enjoy it. The grounds are beautifully kept up and the apartments are a decent size. It is quiet, clean and the pool area is great to relax or just eat your lunch by the barbeque! There is ample parking on the street for your guests. The people who live here are also great. The management is kind and courteous. I feel very safe here.
My wife and I have lived in The Willows for 2 years now. it has been an enjoyable stay. The staff are friendly & professional, the place always looks great, quick to respond to maintenance items. The place is very quiet and we feel really safe living there. We plan on living here for a very long time. Thank you The Willows, Todd
