I looked at several apartments before deciding on The Willows. Jacqueline was so kind, made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She understood my situation and made this stressful process as easy as possible. She answered all my questions. She is truly a good person. I love my new place. Everyone I've met is friendly. The building, pool, everything is well kept and clean. Beautiful place. Thank you Jacqueline!
My mom has lived at The Willows for over 8 years. She is very comfortable there and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It's a smaller complex than most of the others in the SCV and this lends to a tight knit group of neighbors who look out for one another.
