Willows review Long term resident here, it started off pretty good here, but took a negative turn mid way through my first lease. It started with a RAT infestation in my garage. They destroyed some personal items. But, the willows replaced one of them which was nice and they were understanding. I got a new garage months later and they honored the original price. My boyfriend and I are very happy with the community and the leasing office. They have been great about communication, flexible with our move-in date, and the amenities are awesome! Our pup loves it as well, and we can’t wait to use the grooming station. We have been especially impressed with Maddie from the leasing office. She has been so great! This is a beautiful and well-maintained apartment with an interior that feels brand new. The leasing office quickly answers your questions, and the maintenance team shows up promptly when requested. The neighbors are quiet and nice, and there were no distractions when I lived here for 3 years. Occasional events at the leasing office were truly on another level. They also have well-organized mail and package delivery system, including Amazon Locker. Highly recommended.
It’s all great until you move out. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They took black light photos of our carpet to try to say it was dog pee after all carpets were professionally cleaned. LOL they just want your money. Stay away.
We moved in to this community and want to share that it’s very clean, friendly, meticulously managed. Aerobics classes, nice music weekends, wine and sandwiches conversations with other residents and staff is needed in today more than ever. The staff are great chaplains as they listen.They communicate via texts o and emails in maintenance updates and upcoming events. What more do you need. I really recommend this place to stay.
