I have been seeing Dr Chung to about 4yrs and had good Service until this year. I have called everyday for last 3 days. Left messages to call me back to make an appt. No one called me back. This is unacceptable. I guess they don't want a return customer. So sad because Dr Chung was very thorough with exams but his help isn't doing her job and returning calls within a timely manner.
Came to take care if something real quick and they said they'll be back at 3:oops and it's currently 3:35 and I had an appointment like 3 months ago and they are still withholding my glasses even after everything is paid
I've been going to willow eye care for years, and not only do I feel like their family but they have always done wonderful with caring for my eyes. I got my first contact fitting today, and not only was I given patience, clear instruction, but also the time to try and practice by myself. I constantly feel the care from everyone and my family also loves them.
Absolutely the worst, hear me out: First appointment: regular check up. Nothing extensive, simple eye exam. New glasses, seems okay. Second appointment I come in due to dilated pupil that is not dilating and is small. Lasting 2 weeks and continuing. I had a major migraine for 2 days, entire top right side of my head is sensitive to the touch. Light changes cause pressure on my eye and hurt. Pressure on my eye hurts. Be warned this place has a huge markup on its products and i was told i got the transitions xtractive lenses but i dont think thats what they gave me. they dont get dark in the car at all. i also dont think they got my prescription right, i went back a couple times but they just blew me off saying its what it is and to accept it. the doctor was kind of rude to me giving me only a few minutes and basically pushed me out saying my eyes will adjust.. its been awhile and they never have.
