The optometrist was exceptionally condescending, accused me of not taking care of my eyes, don't even know what I've done to abuse them. Then also reprimanded me because I couldn't get the adjustment to read the small print. Recently went to an actual ophthalmologist who identified that his prescription was very very wrong. The 2 prescriptions are within 6 months.
My daughter was told at Lens crafter at the Southhill mall she had Karatoconus and that she will need eye glasses and to take nightly drops of atropine. I already felt this was a scam so we booked for a second opinion. So we went here. The Doctor seems nice and knowledgeable. But also able to explain in terms that will help you understand the reasoning for glasses. As for frame prices yes there ridiculously expensive. But the care and kindness of this clinic is great.
I specifically asked the receptionist how long it would take to get my kids glasses back. She said two weeks. I told her I had waited over a month at another place. she looked appalled and reassured me it would be two weeks. Here we are a month later with nothing. Not even a call. I called twice and emailed still no response. I have been seeing Dr Chung to about 4yrs and had good Service until this year. I have called everyday for last 3 days. Left messages to call me back to make an appt. No one called me back. This is unacceptable. I guess they don't want a return customer. So sad because Dr Chung was very thorough with exams but his help isn't doing her job and returning calls within a timely manner.
Came to take care if something real quick and they said they'll be back at 3:oops and it's currently 3:35 and I had an appointment like 3 months ago and they are still withholding my glasses even after everything is paid
