I went there pre-covid and did not have a good experience. The Dr. rushed my appt, barely said 2 words and was gone in less than 10 minutes. I don't know the name of the Dr back then or the one we had today. They do not introduce themselves. I think it was the same one but I can't say for sure. Anyway, totally different experience today. He was thorough and explained what was going on with my son. My son is almost completely blind in his right eye and 20/30 in his left. Called to make an appointment, phone just kept ringing. Called again, straight to voicemail. Left a message, never heard back. I guess this business doesn't need clients.
Absolute worst eye exam/prescription. As well as no notification ahead of appointment that insurance would not be covering contacts till January. Eye exam literally took 1 min for my child whom has had eye surgery and esotropia. Mine, bad vision, was slightly longer but prescription was entirely wrong. They claimed they would send me a refund and never did. Prescription was completely unusable.
The doctor is friendly and has great customer service. However he needs to change his front desk resection. She has no customer service skills. She even scared my kids bad vibes
