I can't say enough wonderful things about Willow's Dream ... especially stylist Amanda Penland. She is SUPER talented and one of the kindest and most genuine souls I have met. I am always relaxed and comfortable when I sit in her chair, and she interprets the look you want to suit you justtt perfectly. I have gotten my hair done regularly in NYC as well as DC, and Amanda is right on top with the stylists I had in both places. In fact, she is one of the best ever, and her color processing is bar none. Highly recommend!
