Today I seen claire the hygienist and nurse Lucy. Lucy is an absolutely amazing nurse she assisted on both my appointments so far and is always polite helpful caring and lovely to be around. Claire was absolutely fantastic she went through everything I needed to know for the best oral care going forward. I dont have a fear of the dentist but this is a new practice for me and I was so comfortable with claire treating me and enjoyed the experience because of these 2 amazing ladies they're a fantastic team together. The dentist Emily and nurse Hannah are absolutely amazing! they both made me feel super comfortable from start to finish. Emily is so gentle and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and Hannah is so kind and helpful the whole time. They work really well together and create such a relaxed, friendly atmosphere it honestly didn’t even feel like a dentist appointment! Few people are as nervous and anxious about Dental treatment as I am. Today’s treatment for a broken filling was amazing. So professional and friendly. I’ve come away delighted and I’m so pleased to have found the practice. Back in November for an assessment on what else needs doing. Totally recommended.
What a lovely bunch of people ! I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years due to an extreme fear. I came here for extraction of 2 teeth and I can honestly say they have cured my fear . Thank you so much to your lovely friendly and understanding staff , it makes a huge difference to someone with anxiety . Thank you all !
