Our 11yr old cat was well looked after. I was told she loved her daily brushes and was affectionate towards the attendants. She was 100% perfect when we picked her up. The pens are well laid out and there is an enclosure with plants & equipment for the cats to play in. We very much recommend this business to mind your furrbaby.
My cats have been to Willows twice and both times we have been so happy with the level of care given to our cats. Janine provides updates and photos about how the cats are going while at Willows. Highly recommend.
Absolutely the BEST place you could ever board your cat in!!! Every single cat gets their own spacious chalet, tons of specialized care and affection daily They even get a huge "catio" to play in! There is nowhere I would rather take my most precious baby girl, she was so happy and stress free the whole week she spent there 🥹
Janine and her husband are true cat lovers and we instantly knew that when we dropped off our 2 cats (Henry & Murray) for a week stay. Our cats were relaxed and content when we collected them after a 10 day stay. Highly recommend this wonderful cat country retreat.
