Decent place but there is better out there I lived here for the past three years and honestly it wasn't too bad of a place. If a maintenance issue came up they were prompt and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The complex itself very quiet and most everyone keeps to themselves. Unhappy I have to say that this is the worst appartment complex I have ever lived in. The noise is out of control and I have never met my neighbors even when I tried. They are so rude and just don't seem to have the time to say "hi". I get people knocking on my door at all hours (3-5am) looking for drugs and I am to scared for my safety to tell the leasing office. I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of here. Be careful if you rent an apartment here. They will tell you that your share of the utility is $20-$25... read more
Ridiculous! For your own sanity, avoid the Willows. Horrible. The Willows have long had a spotty history. I read so many reviews, knew that they had problems under both the previous and current ownership, but believed a few reports that things had improved. Wow, was that ever a mistake. I'm now sure some of those reports were artificial.
