RecommendedGreat place to live however, if you advertise that the office is open until certain time let it be the truth cause some people works on Saturday and depends on the time you say you’re open until.
I loved my time at the Willows. It’s the unfortunate dealings I’ve had with them after I left that have caused me to be glad I left when I did. I’ve been gone for 3.5 months, my account and move out was all finalized, I had been told what my early term fee would be, paid it, etc. Heard nothing from them until last week when I’ve been gone since November. Please DONT STAY HERE! These people are manipulators, liars, thief’s and very unreliable. Make sure that you think long and hard before you step foot in this office they will tell you one thing but really you are signing something else. Brittany is a liar don’t listen to nothing she is saying .The corporate office doesn’t help either, if a dispute is turned in they will only call the regional manager, property manager and relations specialist on one call and that is it. We have been here a year now and we have had nothing but a pleasant experience. The staff has been courteous, the property is in good shape. Any issue ive had has been handled quickly and professionally.
We found the staff courteous and professional, the grounds lovely and clean, and the nearby walking trail very nice. Our neighbors were polite and pleasant as well--although we weren't there long enough to get to know them very well. Milliken Arboretum, very close, was also a super place to go for a relaxing walk or an invigorating trail run.
I love it here. The manager and staff are wonderful and if you need help they do all they can to assist you. I The maintenance crew is easy to work with and they see to it that any problems are taken care of as soon as posssible. I plan to be here a very long time.
I have good neighbors and management hears all of my requests and acts on them ASAP. NOT TO FORGET THE NICE POOL AREA AND PATIO WITH OUTDOOR COOKING!!! We really enjoy it so much that we lived here for 2 years and bought a house. We Sold the house and moved Back here, so we could know that everything was taken care of. We are retired and are very happy. We love Liz and all of her staff. If you are looking for a home....Look here !!!
