I have been requesting for over a month to have my outside plug in fixed, it’s still not done. They fixed the wrong one and still have not fixed mine even though I keep calling. Was supposed to have the disgusting bugs I’ve been dealing with for 3 years finally exterminated….again still not done
Verda was very accommodating and professional. There were some minor maintenance issues noted on our first day and the team fixed all of them the next day.
a little more time to walk through everything. I felt rushed, and it was hard to notice everything. i found the bathtub wasn't cleaned, but it looked good when you look quickly. No worries, just something I noticed later.
