What a dump I have lived in the Willows for 2 years and I must say it has gotten worse over the times I have lived here. Maintenance doesn't come out when you ask, there are potholes everywhere, people are slobs, and let's not forget the landlords. When I moved in, the landlords were very nice. Now they are greedy jerks who will send you to court to evict you if you are 5 days late with rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Dump, with money grubbing landlord. Lets start by saying i lived there over 2.5 years and never once late on my rent. Expect to get letters every so often saying you didn't pay your rent, after they already cashed the check. Then i start to get threatening letters claiming I owe them $10, for what, they would never tell me. There is no insulation in them, expect $200 heating bills in the winter. Darling apartments, Great price! The layout of these apartments are warm and welcoming. They are located in a very well- kept, classy area of Chesterfield. South of 23 Mile Road in a residential area.
