management is horrible they don't answer the phone have and they nasty attitudes, They al so need a Maintenance crew they always have to call another property to get someone to come over, and when you call the corporate office no one calls you back just horrible
My AC went out at 3:00pm; I have left three messages with the maintenance department 3:11pm 4:21pm and again at 5:25pm. It is 85 degrees in my apartment can't leave because they will swear that they came to repair my unit if I do? Stuck like chuck sweating it out praying that they show up soon?
This place is horrid for a descent human being. Trash all around because the majority of the people that live here don't know what a trash can is. Constant traffic day and night, oh and they speed like their on the I-10!! Pot holes all over the place. Too many youngsters with no direction therefore they don't care how they live. I regret moving here. I never see the manager walking the property which explains why this place is a ghetto hot mess.
