Overall, it has been pretty budget-friendly to live here. The electric costs (A/C) bill is kind of steep, but the new management has fixed our A/C finally so that it cools as best it can with the unit we are renting. Very mixed groups of people live here -- students, young families, older/retired singles/couples, military new in town, etc. The neighborhood seems safe; I have not yet experienced anything personally that has made me feel unsafe (though, I don't walk or jog outside after dark here so really can't comment on the... read more

HORRIBLE service. Do NOT move in. I have lived here for about 9 months and I cant wait to move out. I have found about 5 mice in my kitchen since I moved in and it took FOREVER for maintenance to even come and all they did was cover the holes and put useless traps that didnt work, we had to buy our own traps that actually caught the mice. When i moved in my room was infested with red ants that till this day maintenance hasnt fixed. only my 3 night here, they painted OVER the hair in the cabinets and the bugs are riduculous! We are already looking to move out of here. The gate doesn't stay closed, what is the point of having a gate for security if it does not do it's job? It was absolutely dirty when we moved in..
