I'm giving this five star review because I was facing homelessness with a child. In 48 hours alone they have done nothing but work with me and help me through this difficult transition and got me into an apartment. Maintenance seems great and reliable.. always having someone available is a huge bonus.
Clean and quiet community. Maintenance is responsive and friendly.
I have lived here a little over a year. Just signed another year's lease. I am very pleased with my apartment. Do not feel crowded in my apartment. Feel safe coming home day or night. Linda and Sarah are always friendly and make sure any maintenance is taken care of quickly. Maintenance guy (I think name is Jason, sorry if wrong) is quick to come to apartment, figure out what is causing problem and fixing it. People are friendly and I would definitely recommend living at the Willows.
I’m only a month in to my lease but I’m happy. The complex is nice and quiet. The staff has been helpful during my move-in process. The maintenance guys do a nice job with whatever you need.
