I’m only a month in to my lease but I’m happy. The complex is nice and quiet. The staff has been helpful during my move-in process. The maintenance guys do a nice job with whatever you need.
Kinda unprofessional on a roofing crew to leave a 40’ extension ladder where kids can get to it. Extremely unprofessional of the maintenance and management to allow it to happen.
Worst property manager ever. Doesn't give the tenants the new contract until it's time for them to renewal. Usually would email me about a week or two before my contract expires to have me come in right away to sign new lease. Wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone until Linda L is replaced as the property manager on site. She is very disrespectful and lies to the tenants and even her maintenance staff to cover her own butt. Recommend seek other properties to rent from. Would love to give zero stars but im unable too.... read more
