I love it here people are so nice and the management in the maintenance people are so nice and welcoming. When you need something fixed or done, they make the time and take their time fixing the Problem . I would recommend people to rent here 100% . I don’t see nothing wrong with this place at all
Don't rent here. Family member lived here and they tried to get him to pay an extra months rent after he gave 30 days notice prior to lease ending. They promised to " reimburse" him for the last Xtra rent paid which made no sense. Fortunately he documented everything and they couldn't pin any damages on him. Toilet leaked the entire year despite multiple attempts to repair. They ended up charging him over $300 at move out for " utilities unpaid" with no proof he even used those utilities. It's crazy how I live here and am reading all these negative comments and everyone of them is like spot on to what I've had to deal with over the last almost 2 years not to mention if u have a street light out in front of ur apartment they don't tell you but they have it tied in to ur bedroom breaker or just a breaker Soo they make u pay the electric bill of that light that btw runs 24/7 .
