I recently got approved for a studio apartment at The Willows for a monthly rent of $999. However, after being approved and asked to pay a holding fee of $200, I receive a call from Avenue5, the property management team in charge of The Willows. They told me “great news! A quiet location with a quick-acting maintenance crew on a property that's continually upgrading units. While not an overly amenity-packed complex, lofts have thick walls and plentiful closet space.

Absolute garbage. -10/10. Worst staff there is to EVER work for a company. Air conditioner was broken for 3 months and heater was broken all winter long. Took multiple phone calls to corporate and threatening non payment of rent to finally get a phone call back. After we move out of that slum lord apartment village we receive a bill for “carpet cleaning” and other services… they ripped the carpet out but still charged us a cleaning fee.
