As this is our first home, we were excited to move in 2.5 years ago; however, our experience has been disappointing. We have dealt with an excessive number of warranty claims that should have been identified and resolved before closing, including significant issues with the HVAC system, incomplete exterior features like the front door roof, and missing electrical outlets.
