Willows 124 by Tri Pointe Homes deserves a one-star review, for the following reasons: (1) We've lived here for less than a year, and there has been an increasingly excessive number of WARRANTY CLAIMS (see OTHER GOOGLE REVIEWS with THE SAME complaint about this property), demonstrating how poorly these houses in this community were constructed, and Tri Pointe obviously cares only about finishing the construction ASAP so they can sell these houses and make profit ASAP, by sacrificing the quality of the houses and cutting corn... read more

As this is our first home, we were excited to move in 2.5 years ago; however, our experience has been disappointing. We have dealt with an excessive number of warranty claims that should have been identified and resolved before closing, including significant issues with the HVAC system, incomplete exterior features like the front door roof, and missing electrical outlets. Edit: construction noise exists because it’s a new build community but at least they have stopped blasting music for a couple weeks now, hopefully for good. Beautiful homes and location. Wish there was more visitor parking.
