They will ruin your credit have you paying fees for absolutely no reason ! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Came back to say that they messed up my credit very badly. This was my first apartment. Would not recommend for young ladies or men. My ceiling fell through in my bathroom and when there was a leak. They replaced the light fixtures, but never came to fix the rest of the damage while I was in school. Raised the Rent from 650-890 in 3 years for a one bedroom. Made you pay ridiculous prices and fees. Later charged me thousands of dollars for the water damage from a pipe breaking not in my apartment.
Just visited a friend but was very clean looking with spacious affordable value!
