quiet area but way overpriced. signed lease starting at 9 hundred something a month, and now we are paying $1100 not even 2 years later for ONE bedroom, not including the electric bill. the staff is friendly but elon properties needs to reevaluate the value of what they’re selling. our water doesn’t even stay hot for 15 minutes, we have had numerous leaks and clogged drains, cracks in fridge, loose outlets, electrical problems, one inoperative stove burner and broken blinds since we’ve moved in. maintenance has been helpful ... read more
