This is by far the worst apartment complex to live at. They constantly have plumbing problems, the actual apartments are not worth the rent,Apartments are not updated. Laundry rooms are very scary, not enough washer and dryers. and not to mention very bad landlord's. please no one rent here it is not worth your money, or worth the heartache that they will make you go through from renting here. WILLOWWIND APTS – APT SEEKERS BEWARE.U DNT WANT 2 LIVE HERE UNTIL IT IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. THE APTS R BEAUTIFUL BUT THEY ARE WORE DOWN CUZ MANAGEMNET DOES NOT FIX ANYTHING. I have live at willowind Apartments for six months in a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a fireplace apartment. I have been very pleased with th maintenance, management, and everyone has been very friendly, also has a great location for shopping :] I will really highly recommand willowind apartments to anyone. Don't let me get started on how huge the apartments are. The one thing I would say that is very conveinent is the mail box it right has you come in the door. Apartment renters BEWARE!!! – I was a tenant at Willowind apartments for one year and was very unhappy with the management. I called on more than one occasion for blinds to be fixed and a running toilet to be repaired, but no one even had the courtesy to return my calls. Upon moving in I paid a $200 deposit, $150 of which was non-refundable. When I moved out of the apartment management denied me my $50 deposit because they had to repaint the apartment and clean the carpets! The only thing that had to be repaired were the bli... read more
