Do not recommend. Someone stole several of my packages. In addition to the fact someone tried to steal my catalytic converter from my car, I brought my concern to the owner of the building and requested cameras and he laughed and said they are a waste of money. I got harassed with letters from management blaming me for trash in the parking lot accusing me of littering. RecommendedI have been here for 5 years and I am happy. Everyone is friendly and when I have a problem, they address it. It is very clean and quiet. I would recommend Willowick Towers
Been here over 2 1/2 yrs and its a roof over my head. Hate that the garbage room opens & closes daily! Same with laundry and fitness room. Plus laundry is forever broken, machines taking your quarters! Also reason I'm leaving...staff entered apt without giving 24 hr notice!! Without asking if they could enter when I'm not there, & they have my number!!! Contacted owner & he's total @$$ about dealing with complaints and keeping tenants happy!!! Rude & unprofessional!!!
