Horrible Cockroaches
Me and my boyfriend talked to this wonderful lady named April she was so helpful during our time there for our tour and I would definitely recommend asking for her she was super nice and generous we are teen parents and she definitely helped us figure out what to look for ; we didn’t really like the apartments.

Omg this place is so bad and the lack of communication with the staff. Dnt get me started on the poor maintaining of the property and to top it all off they have high deposits for roach 🪳 infested apartments I was so taken back over all dnt do it run for your life
Maintenance and management are nonexistent. I would give 0 stars if I could. My AC has been broken for YEARS. I put in a maintenance request OVER A MONTH AGO to get it refilled (like I do EVERY Summer because the LEAK IS NEVER FIXED). Not only has nobody called or visited, they marked all 3 pending maintenance requests as completed. Leasing office NEVER answers the phone and doesn’t even have voicemail set up - WHAT A JOKE. RUN, DO NOT WALK, FAR AWAY FROM ANY WILLOWICK MANAGED PROPERTIES
