I have seen alot of changes in the landscape. They still charge for Unnecessary Swimming pool that opened 3 later than Expected. Was only opened for 3 weeks at the most! However still charging us for Use of the pool and laundry that homeless folks are resting in. I understand times are Extremely difficult. Stop Charging these fees. Also I've been Paying Rentals Insurance Since 2018. The Company charging me Every Month. Stop Switching Companies for at least 3 years Everything will be straight 💯.
The change since the new company took over is night and day! We lived with unresolved issues in our apartment for 4 long years under the old management, and we were honestly losing hope. But within just 4 months of this new team taking charge, Felipe came in and completely resolved everything! He is incredibly skilled, professional, and actually cares about the residents. I am so grateful to Felipe and the new management for finally giving us the peace of mind we deserved. Outstanding job!"
Awful. This place allows me to schedule a tour for weekends but they are closed they need to fix this glitch

Felipe is amazing and understanding person he work alot in my apartment every time I need something done in my apartment he is always there and ready to help we are very pleased to have him as our maintenance guy.
